Contribution Process


Step 1: Pre-approve Tax Redirection

The pre-approval process is now paperless. Select the appropriate form from the list below and submit. It is important that you submit your request before December 30, 2015. We anticipate that the $58 million cap will be reached on January 4, 2016. A member of our team will review your submission and ensure that all necessary information is included. We will contact you within 3 business of your online submission. We will submit your form to the Georgia Department of Revenue on January 4, 2016.


Step 2:   Submit Payment

Upon notification, by the Georgia Department of Revenue, you must remit payment within 60 days of the notification date.


Step 3:   Claim Tax Credit

Georgia Tax Credit Scholarship Program will provide form IT-QEE-SSO1 contribution acknowledgment confirming the dollar amount of the tax redirection.
